As one of the founding members of the newly established company LSI PROPERTIES, which acts as the investor, Roste Group is participating in the development of a residential-commercial complex named “O District,” located in the Ovca neighborhood of Belgrade. The project consists of nine buildings (339 residential units and five commercial units), with a floor structure of B+G+4+Loft.
The complex will be built on a land plot with a total area of 12,703 m², accessible from the road ‘Ovcanski put’. The total planned gross floor area of the building amounts to 33,981 m², of which the above-ground section occupies 30,100 m², while the underground section accounts for the remaining 3,881 m².
The total planned number of parking spaces is 383, including on-site surface parking along the internal road (161 spaces, 20 of which are designated for persons with disabilities), as well as 222 garage spaces located within 8 independent garages situated in the basement levels and ground floor.
