In 2023, Roste Group successfully collaborated with the Croatian company M Logistika (Zagreb branch) on the planning of an industrial facility with an area of over 26,000 m², within the M Logistika logistics center in Jastrebarsko, Republic of Croatia.
Roste Group’s services included consulting, planning, selection, and management of the conceptual design process for the aforementioned warehouse-office facility, as well as the engagement and coordination of a professional and licensed design team responsible for developing the conceptual design (CD) for the industrial building.
