At the beginning of 2024, Roste Group successfully finalized its cooperation with the Slovak company Log Center R7 s.r.o. on the development of Phase III of the logistics center “Log Center R7 (BHM Group Park Dunajská Streda),” located near Dunajská Streda, Slovakia, within the cadastral municipality of Kostolné Kračany.
Acting as the provider of consulting and organizational services for project development and management, and in collaboration with necessary external experts and advisors, Roste Group's activities included, among other things:
• consulting services, as well as assessments and recommendations regarding: the general contractor, other subcontractors, suppliers, construction supervision, technical project manager, technical advisors, architects, property manager, and facility manager;
• advising on negotiations and finalization of contracts with the aforementioned parties;
• consulting on the permitting process with public offices and authorities, particularly regarding obtaining construction and occupancy permits;
• evaluating the project in terms of leasing potential and other opportunities.
