As one of the shareholders of the company Floor Art LLC, which acted as the investor, Roste Group successfully completed the construction of the Class A office building “Bridge Plaza,” featuring a unique architectural design and state-of-the-art office and commercial spaces fully equipped with advanced high-tech amenities. The building is located on Milutina Milankovica Street, in the municipality of New Belgrade, within Belgrade’s central business district.
The “Bridge Plaza” office complex, with a total gross area of 16,094 m², consists of two separate office wings, each with 8 floors of office space, 3 retail units on the ground floor, and 3 levels of underground parking with 163 parking spaces.
All office and commercial units within the “Bridge Plaza” building have been successfully sold or leased on a long-term basis to clients engaged in various business activities, such as a furniture showroom, a car dealership, and a restaurant located on the ground floor.
